CANCELLATION POLICY

R&R Bus Retreat – Ferguson Valley, WA
Effective Date: 22 April 2025

We understand that sometimes plans change, and life can be unpredictable. That said, due to the nature of our small business and the limited number of bookings we accept, R&R Bus Retreat does not offer refunds as standard policy.

If you cancel your booking for any reason, you are welcome to reschedule your stay for another available date within 12 months of your original booking. We’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you. We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate you and open up the original date for others.

​

We also understand that unforeseen or exceptional circumstances can arise— things like serious illness, emergency situations, or natural events that are truly beyond your control. If this happens, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we’re open to reviewing each situation on a case- by-case basis with understanding and fairness.
