TERMS AND CONDITIONS
R&R Bus Retreat – Ferguson Valley, WA
Effective Date: 22 April 2025
1. Booking and Payment
By making a reservation at R&R Bus Retreat, you agree to these terms and conditions. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as outlined during the booking process. The rates you see include all standard charges unless otherwise noted, and may include GST where applicable.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Guests are welcome to check in from 2pm, with check-out expected by 11am on the day of departure. We ask that you respect these times to allow us the necessary time to clean and prepare the space for the next guests. If you require flexibility, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
3. Care for the Property
We’ve created R&R Bus Retreat with love and care, and we kindly ask you to treat it with the same respect. All items inside the bus, including furnishings, décor, kitchenware, books, and linens, are provided for your enjoyment during your stay but are not to be removed from the property. If something is broken or damaged—whether accidental or not—please notify us. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or extra cleaning required beyond normal use.
4. Respect for Nature and Environment
Our retreat sits in the heart of the beautiful Ferguson Valley, and we are committed to preserving the natural surroundings. We have a strict zero- tolerance policy on littering. All waste must be disposed of using the bins provided. Please do not disturb the local flora and fauna, and help us maintain the integrity of the environment by staying within designated areas and using only marked facilities. Any deliberate harm to the environment or the property may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
5. Guest Conduct
To ensure everyone’s enjoyment, we ask that guests behave respectfully and responsibly. This includes keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings, and refraining from inviting outside visitors unless previously arranged. The retreat is designed for a peaceful, adult experience and is not typically suited for young children or pets unless we've agreed in advance.
6. Safety and Responsibility
While we make every effort to provide a safe and comfortable environment, guests stay at their own risk. The rural setting includes natural features like uneven terrain, wildlife, and seasonal weather. We cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during your stay. Please take care when moving around the property, particularly in the evenings or after rain.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation policy will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and applies to all reservations. While we are sympathetic to unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to read the policy carefully to understand your options. We will always do our best to offer flexible solutions where we can.
8. Breach of Terms
In the unlikely event that a guest fails to comply with these terms—such as causing damage, disturbing the peace, inviting unapproved visitors, or violating our environmental standards—we reserve the right to end the stay early without refund. This helps us protect the space and future guest experiences.
9. Contact and Support
We are always here to help. If you have questions before, during, or after your stay, or if anything isn’t quite right, please reach out. We want your stay to be memorable for all the right reasons.
